Our background

WaterFeatures4U supplies natural stone features and freshly quarried rock, hand-picked from our sources in Wales. The north is renowned for its geological riches. Snowdonia and Anglesey, in particular, are famous for their fine slate and limestone. In fact, the words ‘Welsh’ and ‘slate’ have long gone hand-in-hand. Exported along the British Empire’s trade routes, it’s on rooftops around the world.

Breathtaking geological diversity

Designers throughout the UK and Europe still prize the rocks of North Wales. Their textures and colours make for stunning garden water features, whether in residential backyards or sprawling country estates. That’s why we offer a range of Welsh stone products: from slate and limestone to the sandstones of Benllech and Moelfre; from Snowdonia’s basalt and rhyolite to Mynydd Mawr’s quartz-rich micro-granites.

For crafted features or naturally untouched stone, you can’t beat North Wales for breathtaking geological diversity.

About the team

We are a company founded on the enthusiasm and expertise of the directors, both specialists in their own fields. We have a shared vision to provide excellent products at affordable prices, first class customer service.

Jonathan Mark

Originally from North Wales, Jonathan has worked as a garden designer in London for more than a decade with JM Garden Design. His award-winning projects — for commercial, private, and celebrity clients — take dull, disused spaces and transform them into places of beauty.

Having been unable to find high-standard water features, Jonathan decided to source his own rock. This is how WaterFeatures4u was born.

Simon James

Also from North Wales, Simon has mined and quarried around the world. He has worked in the diverse landscapes of Ecuador, Australia, the UK, and other countries.

Water Features 4U draws on his extensive, specialist knowledge of geology and engineering to fabricate and source the very best rocks for their water features.
